NextHome Shore Success is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. Access to housing information should not depend on how someone uses the web.
Standard we build to
This site is built toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. In practice that means semantic HTML, keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, a skip-to-content link, labeled form fields with error identification, sufficient color contrast, descriptive alternative text, logical heading structure and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
We do not use an accessibility overlay
We build accessibility into the site rather than installing a widget that claims to fix it automatically. Overlays frequently interfere with the assistive technology people already use.
