Each office is independently owned and operated. NextHome Shore Success is an independently owned and operated franchise of NextHome, Inc. Agency relationships

Home valuation

Automated home value estimates are generated from public and market data. They are not appraisals and are not comparative market analyses. Only a licensed appraiser may issue an appraisal. We do not guarantee any sale price or time on market.

Consumer freedom of choice

You are free to choose your own attorney, lender, title company, home inspector, insurance provider and any other service provider. You are never required to use a provider we suggest, and doing so is not a condition of any service we provide.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee sale price, purchase price, time on market, financing approval, appraisal outcome, inspection outcome, investment return, examination passage, licensure, sponsorship, employment, affiliation, transactions, commissions or earnings.
