About these videos
The series is general information about real estate in New Jersey, not legal, tax, financial, insurance or engineering advice, and not a substitute for professional advice about your own situation. Content is accurate to the best of our knowledge when recorded; law, fees and municipal requirements change. Verify anything material with the applicable authority or professional.
Turn an episode into useful questions
Choose an episode that matches a decision you are approaching, then note the points you want to discuss further. A short video can introduce a subject and make unfamiliar language easier to recognize. The details of a particular property, contract, or financing arrangement still need their own review.
Keep the topic and viewing date with your notes. If you hear a statement about a fee, deadline, or procedure, identify the current source you would need before acting on it. A useful follow-up question is specific: which document applies, who can verify the answer, or what information is still missing?
For a written companion, use the buyer guides, seller guides, or real estate glossary. If you would like to suggest a subject for the series, send your question to the office. Describe the general issue without including private financial information or confidential details from someone else's transaction.
