Who we are

NextHome Shore Success is an independently owned and operated NextHome franchise, licensed as a New Jersey real estate brokerage and headquartered at 1330 Laurel Ave, Suite 204 in Sea Girt. Broker/Owner Rob Canfield is based in the Brick area and has extensive experience in Ocean and Monmouth County real estate.

We are part of a national franchise brand, which gives our agents technology, marketing systems and referral reach. We are not a branch of a corporation. The person who owns this brokerage answers the phone.

That is NextHome's trademark, and it is a reasonable summary of how this office operates. A transaction is a person's housing, their savings and often a difficult stretch of their life. We would rather tell you a house is overpriced, or that now is not your moment to sell, than close something that does not serve you.
