Submitting a notice

Counter-notice

If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief that it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.

Listing photography

Listing photography is generally owned by the photographer or the listing brokerage and licensed for specific use. This site does not host MLS listing data or listing photography. If you believe an image used in our marketing infringes your rights, contact us at the address above and we will address it promptly.

Help us locate the material you are reporting

A page may contain several photographs or links, so identify the particular material rather than referring only to the homepage.
