What this is not
It is not a sales pitch with a licensing course attached. We will tell you if we think real estate is a poor fit for your situation, and we will tell you to interview other brokerages before choosing one.

Anyone considering a real estate career: people thinking about the license, newly licensed agents deciding on a brokerage, and people who are simply curious what the job involves. No license required, no experience required.

Will I be pressured to join?
No. Plenty of attendees decide real estate is not for them, and that is a useful outcome. We would rather you make an informed decision than an enthusiastic one.
Is food provided? Where do I park?

Can I ask specific questions about income?
Yes, and we will answer honestly about how commission income works and what startup costs look like. We will not promise you a number, because nobody legitimately can.
