Give your request a practical starting point

Use the message field to describe the decision you are working toward, your approximate timing, and the question you would most like to answer. A few specific sentences are more useful than a complete transaction history. If you are asking about a particular home, include its address or a link so the conversation can focus on the right property.

For a purchase, you might write: “We are comparing homes in Brick and Wall and want help narrowing our search criteria.” For a sale: “We are considering a move and would like to discuss what to prepare before choosing a listing date.” If you are buying and selling, mention both parts of the move even though the form asks you to choose one topic.
