SEA GIRT, N.J. — August 21, 2026 — NextHome Shore Success, led by Broker/Owner Rob Canfield, is expanding its residential listing services into Southern New Jersey as the brokerage continues building its presence throughout the state.
The expansion follows the recent successful closing of a property listed by Canfield in Pennsville, Salem County, demonstrating the brokerage's ability to represent sellers beyond its traditional Monmouth and Ocean County markets.
“New Jersey may be a relatively small state geographically, but every market has its own personality,” said Canfield. “Our goal is to bring the same hands-on service, aggressive marketing and local-market approach that we use at the Jersey Shore to sellers throughout South Jersey.”
The move into Southern New Jersey is part of a larger growth strategy for NextHome Shore Success. The brokerage is specifically targeting Atlantic and Cape May counties, two highly competitive markets that include some of the state's most recognizable shore communities.
Canfield said the long-term plan is not simply to take occasional listings in the region, but to establish a meaningful local presence.

However, Canfield emphasized that the recruiting effort is not limited to South Jersey.
