Ocean County
Brick Township
Barnegat Bay frontage, established inland neighborhoods and one of the largest housing inventories in Ocean County.
Monmouth County, New Jersey
A small oceanfront borough in southern Monmouth County — and the location of our brokerage office.
NextHome Shore Success is headquartered at 1330 Laurel Ave, Suite 204, in Sea Girt. It is a compact oceanfront borough of roughly one square mile, bounded by Manasquan to the south, Spring Lake to the north, and Wall Township to the west.
Sea Girt's inventory is small and turns over slowly. It includes large older shore homes on generous lots, a stock of well-maintained mid-century houses, and newer custom construction — much of it built on teardown lots, which is a meaningful part of how the market here functions. Inventory is limited enough that a single listing can shift the comparable set, and pricing depends heavily on proximity to the ocean, lot size and whether a property is a candidate for renovation or replacement.
Sea Girt maintains an oceanfront boardwalk and beaches with a seasonal badge system. The Sea Girt Lighthouse, at the corner of Ocean and Beacon, is a preserved 1896 structure open for public tours. The Sea Girt National Guard Training Center occupies a substantial portion of the borough's oceanfront to the south.
Route 71 runs north–south through the borough and Sea Girt Avenue connects west toward Route 35 and the Garden State Parkway at exit 98. The NJ Transit North Jersey Coast Line stations in Manasquan and Spring Lake are both close by.
The borough has a small commercial area along Washington Boulevard and Sea Girt Avenue, with additional shopping and dining a short distance away in Manasquan, Spring Lake and Wall. Summer brings seasonal population increase; the off-season is quiet.
Our office is here. If you are in the borough and want to talk about the market, call ahead and come up.

Fair housing
These guides describe geography, housing stock, infrastructure and general market considerations only. We do not describe or rank communities by the characteristics of the people who live in them, and we do not comment on safety, schools as a proxy for anything, or who would or would not 'fit' somewhere. All information is believed accurate but is not guaranteed. Buyers should independently verify anything material to their decision — including taxes, flood zones, utilities, association rules, zoning, school assignment and municipal requirements — with the municipality and their own professionals.
